Project Management
The cornerstone of success in complex project delivery lies in a comprehensive approach to project management. We believe that predictability, accountability, responsiveness, and flexibility are all key elements that must be embraced by the overall project management approach to ensure client satisfaction and project success. We have several Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professionals on staff and follow the PMBOK project management methodology.

Software Development
Our 4D Systems Development methodology (Define, Design, Develop, Deploy) ensures that we build the solutions our clients want. In the Define phase, we work with the client to understand the expected outcome of the project. In the Design phase, each aspect of the system becomes tangible as our clients drive the system’s design. In the Develop phase, we build and test the complete working system. Finally, in the Deploy phase, we deploy the system for use so our client can begin realizing the system’s full benefits.
