The Client Support Manager is responsible for dealing with all service issues from the client’s perspective and from the development team’s perspective. The Client Support Manager is also expected to respond quickly and efficiently to any issues concerning the client’s system including development and operational issues. We are seeking a hands-on manager who will contribute at all service support levels including tracking, reporting, and analyzing client interactions.
