This resource is responsible for the development or modification of detailed documentation which parallels the client’s overall business strategies to include user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify an information system/software application. A Business Analyst must be detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships throughout the life cycle of the project.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in a computer related field; 3-5 years business experience; experience with data gathering software such as Caliber or Retrieval; Demonstrated understanding of one or more of the following: Visual FoxPro, Windows/Windows Server/MS IIS, SQL, XML.

The Client Support Manager is responsible for dealing with all service issues from the client’s perspective and from the development team’s perspective. The Client Support Manager is also expected to respond quickly and efficiently to any issues concerning the client’s system including development and operational issues. You will also be responsible for assigning tasks to the correct person should an emergency arise and in regular day-to-day activities. We are seeking a hands-on manager who will contribute at all service support levels including tracking, reporting, and analyzing client interactions. The successful candidate will interface with our development teams to further improve our development while exceeding client expectations.

The Systems Architect will develop a set of high level specifications reflecting the user's requirements and the system design. The writer must manage multiple concurrent assignments to meet established deadline.
