J. Thomas Solano, Owner and CEO
Tom Solano founded ISF in 1979. He has over 39 years of experience in providing technology services for Florida agencies and businesses. He has extensive knowledge in system design, development, and implementation and has specialized expertise in integrating new and innovative technologies. The numerous successful projects ISF has completed over the last four decades attest to his expertise, vision, and advanced solution creativity.
Jonathan Conrad, Chief Operations Officer
Jonathan ensures our clients’ vision for the future becomes reality, supporting the exceptional team of ISF client partners. He has the exceptional ability translate the business and technical needs of the client into solutions that can have an immediate and positive impact on their organization. He spends his free time with his wife and three sons participating in, coaching, or watching sports, playing or enjoying music, traveling, and teaching children and adult studies at church.
Kim Wiley, Chief Projects Officer
Kim has been part of the ISF team for over 30 years. She provides quality assurance reviews for ISF projects and is adept at project management and business analysis, for technical and management consulting projects, having delivered successful solutions to a broad range of clients with an emphasis on state government entities and nonprofits. Kim is an avid traveler, golfer, and sports fan.
Chuck Prince, Chief Financial Officer
An experienced operations manager, Chuck Prince has 20 years of management experience, including extensive work with the State of Florida. Chuck provides oversight of ISF operations, and has experience in contract compliance and reporting, corporate insurance, human resource policies and procedures, corporate recruiting, and corporate invoicing and time reporting.
Preston Yutzey, SHRM-CP, Client Partner
As client partner, Preston Yutzey applies his knowledge of working with clients and staff resources to provide executive oversight on ISF projects, ensuring client satisfaction and serving as a single point of contact for the client for the full duration of each project. He also managed ISF’s WiredPeople division that provides subject matter expertise consultants to a variety of IT, cybersecurity, and public health projects. Preston brings specific expertise in personnel management, client relationships, recruiting, public sector work, and the judicial field. He and his wife have recently traveled to San Francisco and Washington D.C. to explore the food scenes there, with plans to continue their adventures shortly in the Basque region of Spain.
Mark Burk, PMP, Client Partner
Mark leads ISF’s management consulting practice based out of ISF’s Tallahassee office. For over 20 years, Mark’s focus has been on service delivery excellence. He has been involved in client engagements, focused on cost-saving initiatives or process improvement activities achieved by implementing best-in-class solutions (e.g. lean six sigma, data analytics, financial analysis, process modelling/software/supply/value chain mapping/software).
Patrick Kufrovich, Client Partner
Patrick is ISF’s client partner in the Texas market, bringing with him decades of experience with public and private clients in Texas and nationwide. Patrick has expertise in building and maintaining client relationships and designing solutions to meet client needs. In his free time, Patrick enjoys time in the outdoors with his family.
Lawrence Salerno, Associate Client Partner
In his role at ISF, Lawrence is a creative, forward-thinking member of the team, with a focus on crafting strategies to solve complex problems for our clients. Lawrence has extensive client service delivery experience in large state government settings. He and his wife are recent transplants from Texas and live on a farm in South Georgia where they grow a variety of crops and trees. Lawrence is a sports fan and has attended three different World Cup events on three different continents.
