Jonathan Conrad, President
Jonathan ensures our clients’ visions for the future become reality with a focus on translating the business and technical needs of the client into solutions that can have an immediate and positive impact on their organization. He has been part of the ISF team since 2012 and served as a client partner and as Senior Director of Clients and Solutions, ensuring quality project delivery to our clients in Florida and Texas, prior to returning to Florida in 2018 to begin his tenure as Chief Operating Officer. Jonathan was named President of ISF in Summer 2020.
Kim Wiley, PMP, Chief Projects Officer
Kim has been part of the ISF team for over 30 years, providing quality assurance reviews for ISF projects and is adept at project management and business analysis for technical and management consulting projects. Kim has delivered successful solutions to a broad range of clients with an emphasis on state government entities and nonprofits.
Mark Burk, PMP, Chief of Operations
Mark leads the client partner team and overall business development for ISF. For over 20 years, Mark’s focus has been on service delivery excellence. He has been involved in client engagements, focused on cost-saving initiatives or process improvement activities achieved by implementing best-in-class solutions, including lean six sigma, data analytics, financial analysis, and process modelling, software, supply, and value chain mapping.
Judson Freeman, Senior Director of Clients and Solutions
Judson Freeman has years of experience with State of Florida agencies including a detailed understanding of the requirements of program management, complex process analysis, and large-scale system implementation. He has expertise in public sector procurement, modernization, supply chain management, change and risk management, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Brad Harris, Senior Client Partner
Brad Harris has served in a variety of roles with ISF and brings a uniquely detailed understanding of ISF’s strategy, process, and technology project delivery to his senior client partner role. Brad is experienced in many related fields such as business analysis, requirements analysis, systems analysis, business intelligence, solution development, contract management, and a variety of technologies.
Nick Aliberti, Senior Client Partner
Nick Aliberti brings over seven years of experience in technology sales to ISF, along with a proven record of success helping government agencies in over a dozen states and a strong background in technology sales operations and management in the private sector. Nick looks forward to building relationships with customers and partners, which he sees as critical to his success as a senior client partner.
Preston Yutzey, SHRM-CP, Senior Director of WiredPeople, Inc.
As client partner, Preston Yutzey applies his knowledge of working with clients and staff resources to provide executive oversight on ISF projects, ensuring client satisfaction and serving as a single point of contact for the full duration of each project. Preston also manages ISF’s WiredPeople division, providing subject matter experts to a variety of IT, cybersecurity, and public health projects. He brings specific expertise in personnel management, client relationships, recruiting, public sector work, and the judicial field.
Nick Evans, Client Partner
With career experience in a variety of fields, Nick brings expertise in government, real estate appraisal and surveying, always with a focus on customer service. He brings his expertise to serving state government and business clients, including developing strong customer relationships and connect our valued clients to services and solutions they need.
Amber Levine, Associate Client Partner, WiredPeople, Inc.
Amber’s extensive business development background enables the WiredPeople division to branch out and meet with various states across the U.S. Building long-lasting client relationships with current and future customers is crucial to her success in helping WiredPeople break into new markets and states. Amber is ready to help any state agency find the specific public health expertise they need.
Kevin Ring, Client Partner
Kevin is an experienced business development professional with over 15 years of global experience. He has led clients through discovery and strategy development leading to solutions with high Return on Investment (ROI). Kevin brings insight into executive management coaching, opportunity analysis, business modeling, and improving leadership capacity. He looks forward to applying his expertise to assist clients in reaching their goals and achieving their institutional missions.
Lawrence Salerno, ARRO Account Executive
Lawrence is an account executive for ARRO, ISF’s enterprise-wide, cloud-enabled solution for personnel, equipment, and resource tracking. As a creative, forward-thinking member of the team, he brings a focus on crafting strategies to solve complex problems for our clients, with extensive client service delivery experience in large state government settings. He connects military and government clients with the tools they need to Respond Better and Recover Faster in emergency management and response.
Amanda Stout, MBA, Associate Client Partner
Amanda is an Associate Client Partner who brings to ISF decades of business development, community relations, marketing and public relations experience in government, non-profit, higher education, as well as public and private organizations across various industry verticals. She is known by her peers as a civic steward and trusted advisor who strives for excellence and elevated achievements. She has an athlete mentality and sets high expectations for herself and her teammates. Amanda demonstrates strong communication skills across service lines, roles and industries and exhibits advanced problem-solving skills that uncover opportunities to help agencies innovate, modernize, scale, and increase productivity.
Megan Swain, Associate Client Partner
Megan brings almost a decade of experience and expertise in state government. After serving in various positions within the public sector, she has developed detailed knowledge of creating lasting customer relationships, a detailed understanding of state agency requirements, and a strong ability to connect individuals with the services and solutions they need.
Michelle Wilson, ARRO Account Executive
Michelle brings a wide range of industry experience to the ARRO/ISF team. She has spent much of her career in and around healthcare in various capacities and has since represented a Top 25 National CPA firm, a software development company, and a global medical waste organization. Within these industries, she has also immersed herself into an even broader range of industries through this representation. Michelle joins ISF as a part of the ARRO team and looks forward to empowering emergency management professionals with this product/platform.
