ISF conducted an assessment for NCCER, a non-profit organization that develops training curriculum and certification programs for various construction craft professions.
To properly assess the full condition of their current technology and infrastructure, ISF provided extensive planning, in close collaboration with NCCER and stakeholders, and developed a deep understanding of NCCER’s vision, needs, and goals. ISF will conduct a current state analysis and detailed assessment in order to recommend a solution that best fits NCCERs needs and budget.
ISF also provided an assessment to determine if the code provided by the current software development vendor for NCCER’s Registry portal system matched the status being reported. We determined whether the vendor’s current development plan was viable for the reported timeframe (i.e., if the vendor was on track to meet the date specified for user acceptance testing).
ISF found that NCCER was in need of significant remediation efforts and made recommendations for viable solutions. As a result, ISF undertook the progress of implementing these remediation efforts.
