ISF, Inc. held its annual company meeting on January 10, 2018 at the spacious, modern TCC Center for Innovation in downtown Tallahassee. ISF staff members, from those who have been with ISF for decades to those who have only recently begun their careers with ISF, enjoyed the opportunity to come connect and discuss the company’s future.
All three ISF locations were well represented, from corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida and offices in Tallahassee, Florida and Austin, Texas.
Keynote speaker Jim Bleech presented on the topic of ways in which all employees can identify opportunities for company growth. An accompanying exercise netted staff some additional spending money for their ideas. Next, the company’s leadership team presented the 2018–2020 strategic plan for company growth and expansion, followed by interactive activities to foster team member collaboration. The day concluded with six key staff being recognized for their support of ISF’s core values: client partnership, growth, stability, responsibility, and results-driven work.
“Our annual company meeting is a great opportunity for our staff to catch up with one another, share ideas, and learn together. Taking the extra step of meeting together in one location strengthens our team spirit and allows ISF to maintain focus in our goals across our three locations,” says Cyndy Loomis, CEO.
