ISF Announces Launch of New ARRO Product to Meet Emerging Challenges with COVID-19 Response, Active Hurricane and Wildfire Seasons
(Tallahassee FL) ISF, Inc. announces the launch of their new ARRO software. ARRO (Activate, Respond, Recover, and Operate) provides state, military and private sector leaders with the ability to efficiently track personnel, equipment and supply costs in real time. This improved efficiency leads to faster reimbursement from state or federal programs, such as the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA). In situations like hurricanes, wildfires, pandemic (COVID-19), or civil unrest response, ARRO can be utilized for any emergency situation and for simultaneous situations.
Jonathan Conrad, president of ISF, explains, “ISF has decades-long history in emergency management and in working with local and state government and military leaders. ARRO is an enterprise-wide, cloud-enabled solution that offers real-time personnel, time, and equipment tracking for faster, more efficient response, recovery, and reimbursement.”
ARRO uses state-of-the-art technology to make emergency response efforts more immediate. Beyond providing operational decision-making data in real time, ARRO tracks complex personnel assignments during situations requiring immediate action. With ARRO, months-long reimbursement processes can now be accomplished in a matter of weeks. This means timely pay and quick reimbursements to responders and their families.
Streamlining processes to simplify the mitigation, preparation, response, and recovery required for effective emergency response, ARRO frees up resources to focus on a primary commitment to public health and safety. In one such case, the tracking functions of ARRO allowed the California National Guard to maintain its organizational focus on wildfire response rather than manually keeping track of personnel equipment with outdated, time-consuming methods.
In the aftermath of any emergency, ARRO can keep track of personnel, pay, equipment, and supplies, facilitating urgent recovery operations such as restoration of utility services following a natural disaster. By carefully tracking time, people, and equipment, infrastructure organizations like utility companies can maintain focus on providing citizens with the services they need rather than on time-consuming details like inventory and paperwork.
As we enter the new year, with pandemic response on the rise, the tracking and reimbursement features of ARRO are in full use, supporting the National Guard of both Florida and Texas to carefully track deployments, record time worked, track equipment, ensure that service members are paid in a timely manner for their disaster response work, and facilitate timely reimbursements.
