In January 2012, ISF renewed its long-time Microsoft partnership with a Gold Competency in Web Development. ISF was a Gold Certified Partner under the previous Microsoft Partner Program, but program requirements and competencies were revamped in 2010, adding additional requirements and changing the name of the program to the Microsoft Partner Network. Under the new program, the number of required Microsoft Certified Professionals increased, a minimum revenue bar was added, and the number of required client references increased. ISF staff worked tirelessly to meet these new requirements, enabling the firm to successfully attain this high level of excellence.
In addition to the prestige membership in the Microsoft Partner Program offers, it also enables ISF to better serve its clients by providing access to developer and IT professional resources, staff training, Microsoft technical staff advisory hours, and more.
When asked about the Gold Competency, ISF CEO Cyndy Loomis said, “Attaining a gold competency through the new Microsoft Partner Program wasn’t easy, but our technical staff were committed to making it a reality. They understand the importance of maintaining a high level of expertise and Microsoft sets the bar high. It’s the same reason we maintain a high percentage of Project Management Institute certified project managers on staff. Whether we’re doing application development work or management consulting work, we want to know and, more importantly, we want our clients to know that we’re putting the most qualified people possible on every project team.”
