Management consulting and information technology firm ISF has promoted Joe Goleniowski to Executive Client Partner. Goleniowski, who has been with ISF since 2006 as a Client Partner, has worked in the IT field for over 20 years, getting his start as a Systems Analyst/Programmer. He holds three degrees from The Florida State University: a B.S. in Management Information Systems, a B.A. in Music Liberal Arts, and an M.B.A in Finance. To some, these diverse degrees might seem like a strange mix, but not to Goleniowski. He has put them all to good use, both professionally and personally.
All ISF Client Partners provide high level project oversight, working with clients to ensure their needs are being met, and with ISF Project Managers to ensure quality work products are being delivered on time and on budget. As Executive Client Partner, Joe is also responsible for managing the Tallahassee office, and for coordinating staffing and sales. He is working with ISF’s CEO to identify the company’s strategic direction for growing the business in new markets as well. Joe already has one Client Partner on the Tallahassee team and he’s looking to add more. “ISF is actively looking for qualified Client Partners. The business is growing and the need is there,” he said.
In his free time, Joe puts his musical background to good use. He has been playing music since the age of seven and has been playing in Tallahassee rock bands since 1997. Joe currently plays electric guitar and sings backup vocals for two bands: Zone and Tung N Groove (also known as TNG). The bands have played gigs throughout Florida and Georgia, traveling as far north as Virginia and as far west as Biloxi to play. “We’ve played corporate events for H&R Block and Advance Auto Parts, we played at a NASCAR race. We even play weddings,” Goleniowski said with a smile.
Joe is also actively involved in ReTale, a Tallahassee resale store owned and operated by a local pet rescue group. Proceeds from sales help shelter animals in the greater Tallahassee area. Joe and his wife, Maggie, both love animals and have 6 adopted dogs of their own.
When asked about Joe and his promotion to Executive Client Partner, ISF CEO Cyndy Loomis said, “Over the past several years, as ISF’s client base has grown along with its annual revenue stream, Joe has really stepped up. When we hired an additional Client Partner, Joe willingly took on a mentoring role. As I began the transition from COO to CEO, my time was becoming increasingly divided. Joe filled the gaps, ensuring our clients were receiving the same level of quality and individual attention they’d become accustomed to. He made sure no projects were falling through the cracks and no clients were being lost in the shuffle. He’s proven himself time and again. ”
