For over a year and a half, our world has been turned upside down by the global COVID-19 pandemic. Our lives changed. The way we interact with each other has changed. The way we do business has changed. The way we respond to emergencies and disasters has changed.
At ISF, we have changed. We evolved and adapted. We’ve become more flexible, and in that flexibility, stronger. We have adopted a remote work environment that allows our team to be safe and healthy while maintaining the high-quality service that our clients and partners have come to count on for over 40 years.
But beyond that, we have grown. We have added new team members, new technologies, and new services to ensure that everyone who works with us is equipped to solve the future together. We rolled out ARRO – an emergency management tool to help any organization respond better and recover faster. We hosted free webinars to provide helpful tools and best practices for any team. And we are very proud that we volunteered in our community, donating and distributing disaster preparedness buckets to families in need.
The fact of the matter is, in many respects our lives won’t go back to the way they were before this terrible pandemic. But as we know at ISF, that doesn’t have to be a bad thing. We have an opportunity to learn, grow, and move forward with a renewed focus on efficiency and effectiveness in everything we do. We look forward to taking our lessons and successes to our clients.
While we can see normalcy just ahead, we encourage everyone to stay vigilant in this collective fight against COVID-19. We will get through this together. Continue to take care of yourselves and of each other.
Let’s Solve the Future – together,
Jonathan Conrad, President
