ISF is pleased to announce that Danielle Kosberg, PMP, has joined the ISF team as a Senior Project Manager.
Danielle has more than 15 years of experience of program delivery within the State of Florida. Key delivery expertise includes developing program strategies, leading negotiations, and managing the execution of Florida’s most significant statewide business transformation projects. Danielle is recognized as a leader in public sector program management and has a proven track record in leading State of Florida procurements as a Certified Contract Negotiator and Certified Contract Manager. This includes serving as the lead negotiator for two of Florida’s enterprise business transformation contracts (Florida PALM and MyFloridaMarketPlace) valued at over $200M. In addition, Danielle has served as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) on several State of Florida projects and has continually demonstrated her excellence in contract delivery, government efficiency, quality management, and strategic vision.
Most recently, Danielle served as Deputy Project Director of Florida PALM, a project to replace the statewide accounting and cash ERP system with direct project management oversight of all program management areas including PMO, systems integration, business process reengineering, and organizational change management. While serving the Department of Management Services, Danielle served as the Project Manager for MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP), the statewide e-procurement system providing enterprise procure to pay capabilities for State of Florida’s agencies. While at DFS, she successfully managed the program to improve system utilization while also increasing Florida’s “spend under management” by 4% and sunsetting two major purchasing shadow systems. Danielle was recognized by Governor Rick Scott for her work at MyFloridaMarketPlace and was awarded the first Governor’s Savings Award for Contract Negotiation. Danielle has been nominated by peers in both the private and public sector and awarded multiple Prudential Davis Productivity Awards for her accomplishments on several complex State of Florida initiatives.
Danielle has previously led several statewide standardization projects including a statewide chart of accounts and code standardization project, and the Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System (FACTS) project, which resulted in agencies changing grant business processes to adopt new standards. for the Department of Financial Services. She also served the Department of Children and Families as a lead for the Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) project, Florida’s child welfare system.
Danielle is a native of Tallahassee, Florida and in her free time enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing with her two daughters, and watching FSU football. Danielle also serves as Treasurer on the Lee’s Place Board of Directors, a local affordable grief, loss, and trauma counseling center for both adults and children.
