ISF is happy to announce one of its newest hires, Mike Howell, who is serving in a new position at ISF as technical consultant. In this role, Mike is responsible for improving ISF’s software development processes, including conducting technical inspections on projects, developing an improved technical interview processes, and leading ISF’s technical training program. He will also be responsible for vetting new technologies for the ISF service line and developing technical position papers for ISF’s clients.
This was the perfect time for Mike to join ISF’s team. The company is growing quickly and is seeking new and skilled talent to add to its team. The technical quality of candidates for new positions at ISF is now directed through Mike, where he ensures that new candidates meet ISF needs and standards.

Mike earned his Masters of Science in Computer Science at Washington University and his Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering at Auburn University. He also has a long list of certifications, including Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (Web Applications), Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist in Microsoft Project, and Dynamics CRM in Applications as well as Customization and Configuration, Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundations, and Scrum Master.
