ISF Solution

ISF facilitated strategic visioning with executive stakeholders to understand what success meant for the department within this effort. ISF then conducted comprehensive interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), technical resources, and leadership from OFR to gain insights into the current operational landscape of the REAL system and to ascertain their aspirations for its modernization. Subsequently, ISF meticulously crafted narrative descriptions and schematic representations of the current state of REAL, along with its associated processes and subprocesses, with a focus on elucidating existing pain points. This endeavor culminated in the development of technical schematics delineating system architecture and functionality, alongside process maps utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to articulate workflows with precision.

Drawing upon our technical acumen and informed by OFR’s envisioned future functionality, ISF formulated a recommended solution that was both realistic and valuable. This solution was rigorously substantiated through a comprehensive market analysis aimed at identifying potential solutions available in the marketplace. Moreover, ISF conducted thorough risk and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate and select the most viable alternatives.

ISF then worked with OFR to devise a meticulous implementation plan to guide the transition to the new system, including a thorough project management plan delineating the project execution process.
