ISF Solution
ISF facilitated sessions with stakeholders from across the state covering a wide group of subject-matter experts from several industries in addition to DOH staff to accommodate all priority areas. ISF solicited goals and related objectives to drive improvement in each priority area. Each priority area workgroup had up to 60 stakeholders involved and the sessions were hosted over several months, requiring effective coordination and logistics. ISF developed and published the 2022-2026 Florida SHIP using information gathered in the sessions, encapsulating the state’s approach to improving health priorities. This strategic plan was carefully crafted for understanding across a broad audience and including customized artwork to ensure a polished and professional presentation.
ISF then worked with DOH stakeholders to design, develop, deploy, and host a website dedicated to the state health priorities including providing information on the strategic plan, updates on metrics for each objective, and a collaborative platform for the stakeholders.
Impact and Outcomes
A thorough strategic plan was developed and professionally bound and published with custom graphics to convey the need and depict key messages.
