Monica Corbin serves as ISF’s Vice President of Partnerships, where she leads the firm’s partnership strategy, driving business development, cultivating strategic alliances, and designing scalable partnership models. Recognized as a trusted advisor, Monica is known for simplifying complexity to bring clarity, momentum, and accountability that aligns leaders to action. With more than two decades of experience across the corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors, she navigates and assesses complex ecosystems, partnering with executive leaders to develop strategies that successfully accomplish their purpose and execute the organization’s mission. She leads with a people-first approach rooted in integrity, service, and measurable outcomes to advance organizational and community change. Prior to ISF, Monica held senior leadership roles spanning multiple industries. Her career includes Slalom, Inc., ChickfilA, Inc., and Macy’s, Inc. In the public sector, she partnered with State of Florida senior officials in the executive and legislative branch as well as national experts in agriculture and emergency management.
